High School Sports Performance

Designed for athletes ages 14+ and made to enhance performance for athletes in any venue they choose. We work towards producing stronger, faster, and more powerful athletes than the competition.
Training sessions incorporate all elements of fundamental movement patterns while adding intensity and intention to lifting and training progressions.
Phase 1: June 6-22
Tuesday & Thursday

Team Training

Team Training: max. 18 athletes

Best for team bonding, athlete buy-in, and integrative programming. Structured so the youth program can integrate performance training as a part of their overall training program. With a variety in number of weeks, as well as days per week this option is customizable for all programs.

Small Group Training

Small Groups: max. 8 athletes

Our small groups classes are set in 2 phases for this upcoming Spring & Summer. Register to join! Our High School (14+) training is great for learning accountability, correct form & aligning goals with the proper training.

Personal Training

Personal Training: 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 options

The best option to tailor and focus your training just to you. Set goals with an ATA Coach, receive personalized programming and training that fits you individually.
