Online Programming

Programming written for you. Completed by you, on your own time. Programs are written in 3-4wk phases, but are customizable for your true individual program. Work with your ATA Coach on the best option for you. ATA uses an online platform called TrainHeroic to streamline training with demonstration videos, readiness questionnaires, track weight progression & seamless messaging capabilities.
All programming includes:

  • 30min complimentary goals meeting
    (virtual or in-person options available)

  • 15min weekly or bi-weekly team check-ins
    (email, phone, or zoom available)

Personal Training

The best option to tailor and focus your training just to you. Set goals with an ATA Coach, receive personalized programming and training that moves you! 

Best for those:

  • Returning from injuries

  • Personalized training integrated with your lifestyle

  • Looking to choose their training location (remember we are mobile and can come to you!)

  • Set specific sports performance goals (run a marathon, bike the Emerald Epic, learn to ski, ect.)

  • New or returning training (we are so happy you chose ATA!)

  • 5 sessions / $440
    10 sessions / $800
    15 sessions / $1125

  • The cost for both you and a friend (so split the cost & double the fun!)

    5 sessions / $500
    10 sessions / $900
    15 sessions / $1200

In an effort to make training affordable in our community we offer a scholarship program to ensure financials aren’t the limiting factor on your movement.
